By paying this invoice in whole or in part you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Retainer Fee: We require a initial non-refundable retainer fee to secure your rental. If reservation is needed within the next 5 calendar days, the full amount is required.

Final payment: Final payment is due 2 days before set up and delivery. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if full payment is not received.

Cancellations: ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If you cancel within 24 hours of your delivery you forfeit 100% of any funds paid to Royalty Seating.

Delivery & Pick-up:
Royalty Seating requires delivery and pickup times within 48 hours of your scheduled rental. We do not take ANY responsibility if your rental is late due to you not providing that information within a timely fashion.
360 Bookings: 360 photo booth requires several components in order for you to receive the full benefit of what your paying for. You must submit 2 songs of choice which will serve as a soundtrack for every video. Within 72 hours of set up you will need to submit via text the following items:

*3 photos
*2 songs of choice
*Set up time
*Time of service
*Address of service
*Name of guest of honor
*Colors
*Any upgrades that you choose
*Any theme or occasion that you want included in your graphics

Media: We reserve the right to use all photographs taken of rental items at your event. If any persons are in the video we will remove or blur faces upon request.
